Returns and Refunds
Refunds and returns are only accepted for unused and unopened products purchased on the 510 website. For health reasons, and the overall safety of our Customers, any opened or used devices are NOT eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. All returns must be made within 14 days of purchase. A 20% restocking fee will be subtracted from ALL refunds. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days after receiving the item(s) and will be applied directly to the method of payment that was used to make the purchase. Shipping fees are not refundable.
In the event of the return of defective,damaged, or incorrect product, 510 reserves the right in its sole discretion to ship out the replacement product(s) for the damaged, defective or correct product(s) rather than issuing a refund.
All 510 products purchased through distributors or retailers must be returned where originally purchased and will be subject to that party’s return and refund policy.
Shipping Policy
All goods are generally shipped within 48 business hours. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday , or on any American observed legal holiday.
Tracking information is provided at the time the product is shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the system to generate this information.
Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with their order. We DO NOT refund shipping costs or additional fees in relation to shipping for ANY reason. We shall not have any liability regarding lost, damaged or stolen packages and cannot offer any refund for such claims. There may be restrictions or Customs fees based on the particular province or locale. We always recommend contacting the local Customs Agency and inquire regarding any possible restrictions before an order is placed. The additional fees are custom/duty fees from the receiving country. We do not have access or control to the rate amounts charged.
If the customer refuses the package(s) for any reason(s), a 20% restocking fee and shipping charge will be incurred and charged to the customer. The customer agrees that these charges can be placed through the credit card, debit card or other account used to purchase the products.
